The diesel combination of performance and efficiency

Like with the 120d, all the 1 series diesel engines are a great combination of fuel economy and performance at the same time. The most fuel economy and range topping engine is 118d 150hp engine and it takes 8 seconds to reach 62 miles per hour sprint while 120d takes only one second less than the 118d engine. Unlike these engines, the 118d has more features including a lower price benefit at the same time. Original and real-world performance is not excellent to count.

The model has flat tyres and there is no spare tyre given by the car. There are also slight changes offered in the interior of the vehicle but these smaller changes didn’t add anything special to the model.

The car safety and testing department EURO NCAP rated the 1 series even below the competitors like Mercedes A class and Audi a3 and VW Golf. But at the same time, it is a bit higher than its competitors on the pedestrians test. The overall reliability of the model is excellent but if still there is a bad luck, you can find a reconditioned BMW 118D diesel engine in the UK at the cheapest prices. Otherwise the new engine has excellent all round performance.
